Course Description

Clinical Homeopathy I: An Introduction

The Clinical Homeopathy Program consists of five courses. Each course consists of several chapters. The courses are designed to be completed sequentially. This course, Clinical Homeopathy I: An Introduction, familiarizes the student with clinical homeopathy as developed originally in Europe and provides important cultural and historical context to its subsequent arrival and practice in America. Students will examine the theoretical underpinnings and practical applications of clinical homeopathy, and review classical homeopathy as an essential counterpoint.

This course also introduces the student to the basic tenets of homeopathy such as the remedy, packaging, regulations, and the use of the materia medica and repertory. Each of these topics will be discussed and examined in greater detail in the subsequent Clinical Homeopathy Program courses.

The overall program generally requires one to two years of study, or until proficiency is apparent. A Certificate of Course Completion is issued after completion of each course. The time allotted for completion of each course varies. Upon registration, a student will have access to Clinical Homeopathy I: An Introduction for 90 days. Although it does not require 90 days to complete, we understand that sometimes 'life gets in the way.' As such, we want to make sure you have ample time to digest all the great information the coursework offers.

A diploma is awarded to the student after successful completion of all five course requirements and submission of a written case study dissertation.

The case study must be completed according to Variation of Dr. Chaltin's Original Protocol for Chronic Disease discussed in this program. It will require the purchase of a series of homeopathic complexes to be used by your case study patient. The cost of the case study review by the AACH staff is included in your purchase of the full program, provided it is completed within 3 months of completion of Course V.

Marge received her Bachelor of Science in Nursing from the University of Wisconsin and her Master of Science in Health Professions from Southwest Texas State University. From 1996-2011, she was the cofounder and president of the Complementary/Alternative Medical Association (CAMA), spending many years advocating at the Georgia State Capitol on behalf of natural medicine. Marge began studying clinical homeopathy with Dr. Luc Chaltin in 1996 and subsequently received a DAHom from the American Academy of Clinical Homeopathy. In 2004, she wrote and published My Body, My Health, My Choice, a book about complementary/ alternative medicine and the health freedom movement. She is a member of the Homeopathic Nurses Association who retired after 30 years of nursing to serve as President/CEO of Newton Laboratories, Inc., a manufacturer of homeopathic remedies. In 2004, at the age of 81, Dr. Chaltin entrusted the daily operations of Newton Homeopathics and the American Academy of Clinical Homeopathy to Marge and a well-trained team of experts. She currently lectures at community gatherings, universities, and national health-related events. Marge has also served as an adjunct professor at Life University, teaching a two-credit undergraduate course there on homeopathy. She has appeared on numerous television and radio talk shows discussing complementary/alternative medicine (especially homeopathy) and issues of health care freedom. In early 2017, Marge published her newest book, Healing with Clinical Homeopathy: The Life, Vision, Genius and Legacy of Dr. Luc Chaltin, a fascinating look at the philosophy, theory, and practice of this homeopathy pioneer. Marge and the Newton/AACH team are committed to continuing the legacy of natural healing, education, and community outreach that Dr. Chaltin began so many decades ago.
